Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for various audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, training programs, and educational resources - Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content - Apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences - Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes - Create storyboards, prototypes, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting - Proven experience with instructional design models. - Strong knowledge of learning theory and instructional design principles - Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline. - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Good communication skills.
