Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting overall brand development. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and track performance metrics. Support email marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and website updates. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales support tools. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness. Work with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of PPC advertising and paid social media campaigns.
