Qualification: Bachelors in Electronics, or equivalent with 10+ years of Product development experience Familiarity of IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, and other regulatory standards would be added advantage Exceptional Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, MATLAB, LabView, STM32, DDR2/3/4, NAND, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, NOR Flash, SRAM, Dip Trace, Eagle, Altium, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCIe etc. Knowledge of Standards: IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO14971 will be added advantage, not mandatory Knowledge of Development Process: Agile, SCRUM, V Model, will be added advantage, not mandatory Responsibilities: Own SDLC Process, Embedded Electronics design life cycle process of new, existing equipments and its technology while focusing on product design, on-time updates & problem solving. Guide and administer multiple projects, schedules, and performance standards Lead project plan of all stage gates, design documentation and develop a Knowledgebase for R&D team. Interact with clinicians, third-party vendors, manufacturers, sub-contractors, and direct reports to develop collaborative plans and complete projects. Develop and own Risk Management Plan & execute Risk Management activities defined by plan. Develop and delivers the reliability goals and regulatory compliance requirements of product. Develop lab set up, test plans, test protocols, and test reports for product integration testing, summarize results, review technical reports, and completes experimental paperwork / lab notebook documentation. Develop document traceability from requirements to verification activities, and from requirements to design entities. Assist with Illustrations and Presentations and follow Allied Medical reporting policies and procedures. Experience: Prior Experience of handling a team of at least 10 hardware and firmware engineers. Experience in the Embedded Electronics design lifecycle for sub-systems, comprising of high-speed electronics, High Speed integrated interfaces, and traceability to design requirements. Experience of developing test equipment for hardware designs, Thermal Analysis, Signal Integrity (Hyperlynx). Experience in DFx techniques for product definition, product testing and Manufacturing readiness. Hardware design experience with 16/32/64-bit Micro Controllers and Processors like Freescale, TI, Microchip, NXP etc. Domain experience on Analog/Digital/ Mixed Signal designs. Hands on experience with schematics capture and tools like Allegro / OrCAD, PCB design guideline setting, board file and Gerber review Experience in Embedded hardware design Lifecycle Processes and standards such as EMI/EMC and Environmental Testing Standards. Logic Design experience of CPLD, FPFA like Xilinx, Altera, Lattice, Microsemi etc. Role Type: Full Time, In-office, based out of our office in Bhiwadi.
