Required Qualifications Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse) in the state of practice. Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Understanding of patient confidentiality and ethical considerations. Experience with patient management and care coordination. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the position. Cultural competence and sensitivity.
