Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality WordPress and Shopify projects, and implementing best coding practices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in handling multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of WordPress and Shopify developers, ensuring efficient project execution. Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Review code, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, helping them grow their skills. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth website functionality. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery. Handle client communications and provide technical insights when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development. Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with Shopify development is a plus. Hands-on experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress API integrations. Familiarity with Git version control and deployment processes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
