Job Description
- Visit potential customers and generate new leads
- Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role (Experience with good communication skills can also apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license
