Job Description

Job Title: System & Network Administrator Location: Delhi Experience: 3-5 years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled System & Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our networks, servers, and IT systems while providing support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and workstations. Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies. Ensure data security and disaster recovery planning. Network Administration: Maintain and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Implement network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS). Ensure proper LAN/WAN setup and wireless network management. IT Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices and policies. Monitor and prevent unauthorized access and cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Manage endpoint security (antivirus, patch management). Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide IT support to employees for hardware/software issues. Diagnose and resolve system and network failures. Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions. Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Nginx, and Linux server administration. Experience with cloud computing, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with firewalls, network security, and load balancing. Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPNs. Knowledge of firewalls, network security, VLANs, and routing protocols. Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking. Experience with backup & disaster recovery solutions.,
