This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will provide essential medical care within our educational environment and be a key asset in maintaining student and staff health. Qualifications And Skills Medical Knowledge (Mandatory skill), including patient care and emergency response. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Strong time management abilities to balance multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in critical care nursing, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in general nursing practices to support the health and well-being of our school community. Experience in nursing education to teach and guide others as needed. Familiarity with the role of a school nurse to meet the unique healthcare needs in an educational setting. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage, helping to understand school protocols and environments. Roles And Responsibilities Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff when needed. Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records for all students. Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per medical guidelines. Implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy school environment. Collaborate with educational staff to ensure students" health needs are met during their academic activities. Advise and educate the school community on health-related issues, best practices, and preventive care. Liaise with parents, healthcare providers, and public health agencies as necessary.,
