- Job Description: Job description Infosys Knowledge Institute Consultant Producer Calling storytellers In this era of disruption and opportunity Infosys is helping clients navigate their digital journey Beyond business and technology transformation this also means insights and we are looking for storytellers to develop compelling perspectives and thought leadership The Infosys Knowledge Institute IKI is a startup unit within Infosys operationally chartered to develop thought leadership at scale The Knowledge Institute helps industry leaders understand the impact of market challenges and trends and provides research to aid in making critical business and technology decisions We develop and publish work at multiple levels from showcase research projects to white papers and targeted points of view We have a start up culture inside an established 18 billion global firm and are looking for colleagues to help create something special together We are hiring research writers Business expertise and research experience is valued but we are primarily interested with superior story telling and writing skills Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities Collaborate with Knowledge Institute colleagues writers analysts designers editors other producers and the studio to guide research and content creation Develop insights Develop and use structured outlines to develop story logic and generate supporting evidence like statistics and stories Lead and conduct primary research quantitative through surveys and data and qualitative through clients and interviews Lead and conduct secondary research gather evidence through quantitative research and sampling interviews Guide Infosys experts to shape logical arguments perspectives Write content The Knowledge Consultant should craft high quality thought leadership content Assess content based on thought leadership framework and redesign according to our standards Independently develop and write thought leadership with a mix of industry and service offering emphasis Develop output white papers points of view blog posts external articles infographics and case studies Technical Requirements: Technical Professional requirements Should be a thought leader in a technology such as AI data cloud APIs cyber or other emerging technologies to be able to articulate its benefits and applications across industries Entrepreneurial minded should be a self starter and a highly motivated individual to create thought leadership at scale to serve our clients and the market overall Should be a compelling storyteller with strong written and oral communication skills including prose reports and presentation Embrace the startup culture with the flexibility to take on roles that emerge while in a period of rapid growth Design thinking and agile principles in a rapidly evolving project based environment Ability to create content with novel ideas practical and relevant to the current market with a clarity of thought Expertise in primary and secondary research base research on factual evidence and have rigorous analysis capabilities Additional Responsibilities: Experience 5 years in research analysis writing reviewing and editing with an understanding of industries functions and technologies Work location Role is based out of Bangalore Required academic qualification Master s degree from a prominent school specializing in Journalism Communication Business Research Preferred Skills: Data Analytics,
