Job Description*
>Manage Secured Lending product.
>DSA onboarding and activation
>Maintain higher yield
>Source quality portfolio and Control delinquency/recovery
>Basic Knowledge on product, policies, and process of Secured loans
>Responsible for achieving sale revenue and growth targets for Business Loan,LAP,LRD,DOD.
>Responsible to recruit all sales vendors (External Channels like DSA/Connectors etc).
>Responsible for hiring and training to all Sales Staff (DSA Employees/Connectors.)
>Responsible to source direct file in the ratio of 20% : 80%
>Responsible for sourcing HNI/Retail Clients for LAP, DOD and LRD cases.
