Job Overview As a Political Research Analyst at The Rudra Research & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful analysis and research on political trends, policies, and public opinion. You will be responsible analyzing data to generate valuable insights that inform decision making processes for our organization. Key Responsibilities Utilize various research methods, including surveys, data analysis to gather relevant information. Provide analysis and interpretation of political data to identify key trends, implications, and potential impacts Hands on experience with content management system, Excellent writing and editing skills in Marathi and English To plan, gather, research and report relevant and timely content also having a knowledge of portfolio of political published articles Practice brainstorming techniques to generate innovative ideas and strategies based on data insights Foster strong relationships with the field team to understand their data collection methods and objectives Collaborate closely with the field team to ensure that data collection efforts align with strategic goals and priorities. Take an active role in strategy development meetings, offering meaningful and creative inputs based on data analysis Work closely with senior leadership to translate data insights into actionable strategies for political campaigns and initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in political analysis. Skills & Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Political Science or related field. Master's degree preferred. Excellent research skills, including proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, Proven content writing or copywriting experience. Knowledge of political systems, processes, and local and national levels. Excellent written and verbal Marathi communication skills,
