Job Description

An organsation is seeking a Head of Engineering who is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the planning, coding, and execution of engineering projects. This role combines strategic vision with technical expertise to drive innovation, deliver scalable solutions, and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including coding, testing, and deployment. Actively participate in programming, architecture design, and code reviews. Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize projects. Stay updated on emerging technologies and foster a culture of innovation. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years in IT/software engineering, with 3+ years in leadership. Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and frameworks. Strong knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms, and scalable software design. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
