Title : Senior Technical Project Manager Experience : 15+ Years Work Location : Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Max only Required Skills (Mandatory) : Project Management, Agile, .Net/Java, Financial Services, leadership, communication, Stakeholder Management, and Management Certification e.g., PMP/PRINCE2 (Preferred) Job Summary Project Leadership : Lead and oversee all aspects of financial services domain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and project teams, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery. Resource Management : Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance. Technical Expertise : Utilize strong .Net or Java skills to analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management with a focus on financial services Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget Strong technical proficiency in .Net or Java Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
