Job Description
- Who We Are This is a remote role with the ideal candidate location being in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states for eligibility: AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, or WI Responsibilities Collect and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, impact on compliance, and customer feedback Manage and update the product backlog regularly to reflect changes in priorities Lead product feature testing, review results, and ensure alignment with the initial requirements Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, changes, and future enhancements Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, software development related field, or similar work experience Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable product plans Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA- All effective on day 1!
