Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality stainless steel products. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and continuous improvement. Manage the supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance to the board. Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all production areas. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of operations with market demands. Identify and implement technological advancements to streamline operations and improve product quality. Manage budget, P&L, and financial performance for operations. (ref:iimjobs.com),
