The role requires understanding of the water domain, including distribution networks, wastewater management. Requirements: 1. Should have understanding of the water domain, including distribution networks, wastewater management 2. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. 3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. 5. Excellent convincing skills 6. Ability to work with government agencies, municipalities, and private water companies. 7. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks and should have hands on Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 8. Open to travel pan India. Responsibilities: 1. Generating leads for the existing specialized software solution designed for water supply and sewerage projects and turning them into opportunities for sales. 2. Identify potential clients, including government agencies, municipalities, private water utilities, EPC contractors, and consultants across India. 3. Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for potential clients. 4. Conduct user training and onboarding sessions for new customers. 5. Gather client feedback and work with the product team to enhance software features. 6. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies. 7. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information 8. Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals, bids, and contracts for government tenders and private projects. 9. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans
