Deputy Manager - Mine Operation Job in Adani @ Adani Power

Job Description

Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee day-to-day mining operations, including extraction, transportation, and stockpiling of coal. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures. Manage and optimize equipment utilization, maintenance, and availability to achieve production targets. Lead and mentor a team of mining staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mine development and expansion projects. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization. Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. Minimum SCC in CMR. Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in the coal mining industry, with a proven track record of managing operational activities and driving process improvements.,
