Job Description
- Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Job Purpose To fully capitalize on the emerging market opportunity in Ecosystem/B2S lending, a dedicated Product role is needed to support policy, processes, monitoring, and the overall customer journey. Key Accountabilities Managing the product lifecycle and credit policies for SME lending, alternative lending programs (including ecosystem partnerships), and big-to-small initiatives (supply chain finance and anchor-led programs). Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the end-to-end lending process, incorporating robust risk controls. Oversee portfolio management, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adherence to established limits. Ensures compliance with digital lending guidelines across all relevant programs. Provide support for the digital implementation of lending processes. Job Duties & Responsibilities Devise new credit programs and amend the existing programs. Create an E2E SOP for Alternate Lending Programs for various used cases i.e. Ecosystem / Co-lending/ B2S. Create credit programs for SME lending and commercialisation. Collaborate with the Ecosystem team and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely launch of partnered lending programs. Partner with various stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for Non-Performing Assets (NPA), ESPORA, Operational Risk Rating (ORR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Manage the overall portfolio, collaborating with RMG-Credit and CPRAM to monitor portfolio triggers and limits, and to ensure effective delinquency management and portfolio hygiene. Assist in establishing early warning systems and other crucial risk controls for Alternative Lending and Co-lending policies. Continuously collaborate with the Product Manager (SFW) to develop and enhance the digital customer journeys for these credit programs and partnerships. This includes writing user stories, adapting existing journeys, and incorporating feedback from partners. Support the coverage team to successfully commercialize partnerships and expand the bank's customer base. Develop tailored training programs for frontline staff to effectively sell and market alternative lending programs. Establish a feedback loop with partners and the coverage team to drive continuous improvement. Required Experience Minimum of 6-8 years of overall relevant experience. Experience in Product Management, lending spl trade finance and digital is preferred.
