Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location : Pune, India Experience : 5+ years of experience in product development, exposure to AI, ML and Automation, and an IIT degree. Job Description Our company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our product development team and help shape the future of our technology platform. As CTO, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our technical strategy, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our products and services, as well as managing our technology team. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of our technical strategy, in collaboration with our executive team. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our products and services, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure. Manage and mentor our technology team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into our products and services. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our technology infrastructure, and implement best practices for data management and security. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align technology initiatives with business goals. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution like IIT. 5+ years of experience in product development and exposure to AI, ML and Automation. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and infrastructure. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. (ref:hirist.tech),
