We seek a Senior/Lead Full Stack Software Developer with minimum 8 Years of experience to join our team. As our Lead developer, you will be critical in defining and executing tasks assigned, understand requirements, working closely with the product team, Subject matter experts, AI team, product engineering, testing, and ensuring our software products" high-quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent in Architecting, design & development on Microsoft Technologies. This role will be critical in driving efficient solutions while maintaining high product quality and performance standards. Responsibilities Lead as a Full Stack Senior/Lead Developer in architecting, designing, and developing applications using Microsoft technologies. Design and develop applications using the .NET Framework 4+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, .NET Core, C#, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular. Work with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or Node.js. Design and develop solutions using SQL Server or other databases. Apply and implement industry-standard design patterns effectively. Have a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Utilize GIT, CI/CD, and DevOps tools for configuration, build, and deployment processes. Knowledge of Azure and other cloud platforms is advantageous. Experience with CAD and Power BI is beneficial. Ensure efficient code development and adherence to coding standards. Promote a collaborative development culture. Drive technical innovation within the organization. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, B-Tech, MCA, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Architecting, design & development on Microsoft Technologies and Open Source. Technical expertise: Should have expertise in programming languages or technologies relevant to the company's projects, as well as software architecture and development methodologies. Problem Solving: Lead developers should be able to tackle technical challenges and find practical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills can help developers perform tests more effectively and make corrections to their code quickly. Communication: Lead developers need to be able to translate complex data into simple and precise language for the rest of the company. Leadership: Lead developers manage and mentor development teams, including senior developers and junior team members. They assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and provide feedback and guidance. Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize customer needs and requirements in product development.,
