- Overview Founded in 2002 in Chennai, we are a technology-driven company specializing in industrial automation, robotics, and machine vision solutions. We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead our next growth phase, driving innovation and strategic expansion. A. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Entrepreneurial Leadership Visionary Leadership: Cultivate a forward-thinking culture that inspires innovation throughout the organization. Mentorship: Build relationships with mentors and consultants to scale operations and implement industry best practices. 2. Business Development, Marketing, and Content Creation Market Research and Strategy: Identify target markets and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market reach. Brand Development: Position the company as a leader in automation through targeted marketing campaigns and a robust digital presence. Content Creation: Collaborate with creators to produce engaging materials such as videos and brochures, showcasing our innovations and technical expertise. Oversee the design and execution of promotional materials for exhibitions and trade shows. 3. Strategic Product Development and Innovation Lead the product vision, aligning new developments with market demands to enhance profitability and market presence. 4. Funding and Financial Growth Establish relationships with potential investors and develop a sound financial strategy. Prepare the company for future funding opportunities, including IPOs, mergers, or acquisitions. Focus on creating long-term value and scaling the business effectively. B. Prior Work Experience Industry Background: Proven experience in industrial automation, robotics, or software development startups. Leadership Experience: A history of founding or building tech ventures, demonstrating the ability to scale operations and drive growth. Product Development: Successful track record in product commercialization and market expansion, with strong partnership development skills. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Experience in raising capital and managing investor relations is highly desirable, particularly for growth funding and public offerings. C. Technical Skillset Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Industrial automation, Robotics and Software development to engage effectively with engineering teams. Digital Marketing and Content Strategy: Knowledge of digital marketing trends and content creation (e.g., videos, brochures, trade show materials), as well as experience managing or working alongside a marketing team. D. Soft Skills and Personal Qualities Entrepreneurial Vision: Ability to think big, inspire bold ideas and ambitious goals, and possess the determination to turn that vision into reality irrespective of the challenges. Communication and Networking Skills: Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas and strong networking abilities to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders. Resilience and Adaptability: Able to thrive in uncertain situations, manage challenges, handle setbacks and modify strategies to respond to evolving market conditions while effectively seizing new opportunities. E.Additional Information Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Tamil proficiency is beneficial. Work Model: Hybrid (in-office and remote). Compensation: Includes equity and profit-sharing options.
