- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess background in 3PL warehousing operations, with proficiency in managing day-to-day activities, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management, and inventory control. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of 3PL warehousing facilities, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards. Manage warehouse inventory to achieve 100% accuracy and minimize shrinkages. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively to optimize operations and streamline processes. Coordinate transportation activities, including route mapping, vehicle management, and on-time delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships. Prepare and analyze MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Collect proof of delivery (POD) documents promptly and accurately. Maintain proficiency in various software applications including Gmail/Outlook, SAP, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi languages to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in 3PL warehousing operations. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexible to work in shifts, if required. Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi languages to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
