Job Description

    Position:  Business Development Head
    Experience: 6 14 Years
    Location: Mumbai

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the Solar Business, which includes the establishment of solar power plants and the marketing of solar energy products, accessories, and related solutions.
    • Build relationships with potential clients, arranging meetings and establishing rapport.
    • Plan and manage new marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct research on organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
    • Enhance relationships with existing clients while attracting new ones.
    • Identify and develop new markets to boost sales.
    • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.
    • Set development goals for the team and business growth, ensuring successful achievement.
    • Communicate product or service details clearly and concisely to clients, partners, vendors, and prospects.
    • Manage relationships effectively while exhibiting leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and execution.
    • Possess deep knowledge of the product and industry sector.
    • Demonstrate financial insight and strong business acumen.
    • Apply excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
    • Stay familiar with technology and platforms relevant to the field.
    • Utilize research and analytical skills to drive decision-making.
    • Display strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Lead lead generation and sales management efforts.

    Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus an MBA.
    • 6-14 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
    • Proven communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
    • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and manage uncertainty effectively.

    Budget: 10 Lakh to 15 Lakh
