Company Secretary - & Governance Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. Manage corporate governance practices, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. Board & Committee Management Convene and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and follow-ups. Advise the Board on regulatory requirements and company policies. Regulatory Filings Prepare and file necessary documents, forms, and returns with MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other statutory bodies. Investor Relations Manage shareholder communication, disclosures, and reporting to stock exchanges. Secretarial Practices Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance calendar.
