    CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT EXPERINCE IN ENGINEERING COLLEGES ARE PREFERRED Role & responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management in executing daily tasks. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management. Handle communication with internal departments and external stakeholders. Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for students, faculty, and staff. Organize and file academic, financial, and other administrative documents. Assist with managing the colleges database and other management software. Student Coordination: Assist in the coordination of student activities, events, and academic schedules. Handle student inquiries and resolve issues related to academic or administrative matters. Staff Assistance: Support faculty and staff in administrative needs, including leave management and attendance records. Assist with staff recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews. Organize orientation and training programs for new staff members. Event Planning: Assist in the planning, organization, and management of campus events, workshops, seminars, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, refreshments, transportation, and promotional materials. Financial Assistance: Assist in managing petty cash, requisitions, and budgeting for administrative expenses. Help prepare and track invoices for administrative and event-related expenses. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the college complies with administrative and regulatory policies. Assist in the preparation of reports for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. General Office Management: Maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with managing correspondence and telephone inquiries. Support the efficient operation of the administrative office, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or engineering institution. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
