Area(s) of responsibility Experience: 15+ years Location: Pune Job Summary The Technical Architect Infrastructure will oversee infrastructure customer engagements, including IT managed support services, business transformation, and platform modernization. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL methodologies, incident and change management, P&L management, consulting, and account mining. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Ensure high availability and performance of IT Managed Support Services. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing issues promptly. Service Improvement: Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement improvement plans. Project Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and manage risks. IT Modernization: Lead IT modernization and business transformation initiatives. Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience: 15+ years in IT services, with 5+ years in a similar role. Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar preferred. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Skills Technical Proficiency: Network management, system administration, cloud computing, scripting, and database management. Leadership and Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and foster collaboration. Client and Financial Management: Strong client relationship management and financial acumen.,
