BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner UPI Switch to join us and help us shape this journey. This is an high-impact and high-visibility role and provides an opportunity to partner with and build consensus across senior leaders in the organization to deliver incredible value to the Business. Your KRAs will include the following: Lead the end-to-end technical development of the UPI Switch product, ensuring it meets NPCI regulatory standards and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features. Monitor and evaluate product performance, implementing enhancements and optimizations based on product roadmap. Facilitate the resolution of technical challenges and issues encountered during product development. Stay updated on UPI ecosystem trends, NPCI guidelines, and competitive landscape YOU SHOULD POSSESS: Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints.,
