Job Description
- Experience: 10 - 15 Years Qualifications BE/BTech in Computer Science. 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience with leading technologies. 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably of website/e-commerce portals. Very Good practical experience in project management using Agile processes. Ability to define and execute DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to follow industry best practices by using New Relic kind of tools for ongoing issues monitoring, Sonar Cube for code quality, Security guidelines, QA Automation using Selenium and TestNG. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Project and Sprint Tasks Planning: Collaborate with USA-based client stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines for strategic initiatives and get those delivered within timelines. Sprint-wise planning of tasks and timely completion of tasks by coordinating with Engineers followed by validations through Business stakeholders. Domain And Technical Expertise Leverage a strong background in Commerce Domain to manage end-to-end technical ownership of multiple commerce portals. Leverage WordPress / WooCommerce / PHP technologies to provide technical guidance to development teams. Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Quality Assurance / Security Compliance Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing quality assurance processes and standards. Stakeholder Communication Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive management. Address questions and concerns promptly through detailed responses. Role And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of Commerce Platform for clients multiple product brands across Digital Channels Collaborate with client stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop project plans and timelines for strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery Leverage strong background in Commerce Domain to manage technical ownership of multiple commerce portals Provide technical guidance using WordPress, Woo Commerce, and PHP technologies Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Implement quality assurance processes and standards to deliver high-quality software solutions Communicate project updates to stakeholders and executive management Address questions and concerns promptly through detailed responses Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in technical program management. A proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end implementation of commerce platforms and strong domain expertise in the commerce sector is required.
