Job Description

Mairit.tech is a GenAI powered, merit based hiring Automation platform. We are assisting one of our customer in merit based hiring for the Computer Vision Engineering Manager role. Responsibilities Architect and refine computer vision models and data management systems, utilising sklearn, numpy, pandas, PyTorch, and matplotlib. Develop and maintain tools for model training, evaluation, and iterative improvement, integrating with AWS and deploying via FastAPI. Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices to streamline project delivery while maintaining high system performance. Collaborate across teams to integrate ML solutions into product offerings, ensuring scalability through AWS infrastructure. Uphold coding standards, system design, and architectural best practices, fostering clean and maintainable codebases. Define and optimise performance metrics for ML systems, ensuring peak accuracy and efficiency. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Your Profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in computer vision and machine learning. Proficiency in ML libraries (sklearn, numpy, pandas), frameworks (PyTorch, matplotlib), SQLAlchemy, and FastAPI. Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, MLOps, and familiarity with data warehousing and event-driven systems. Proven leadership in managing diverse technical teams and delivering projects on time, with a focus on system performance and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills, expertise in Python and other programming languages, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
