Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js, React, and AWS to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative web applications and cloud-based solutions that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Node.js, React, and AWS. Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions on AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver robust solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness in cloud environments. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and AWS advancements to drive continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams. Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda). Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong understanding of cloud computing, including serverless architecture, containerization, and AWS best practices. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.,
