- Job Title : Lead Software Engineer Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) About The Role bluCursor Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll leverage your technical expertise, leadership acumen, and problem-solving abilities to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the overall system architecture, and manage a team of talented developers to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that align with business requirements. Contribute to the software design and system architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Work extensively with technologies such as Java, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), and web services (REST/SOAP). Ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. Implement DevOps practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with organizational goals and customer needs. Drive Agile development practices, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to implement best-in-class solutions. Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Expertise in back-end web development and full-stack frameworks. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server PostgreSQL DevOps Knowledge : Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Proven experience in managing and mentoring development teams. Strong ability to drive projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex technical challenges. Experience with Agile development methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
