Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters. Research: Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of finance. Publish research findings in reputable academic journals. Present research papers at conferences and workshops. Seek and secure external funding for research projects. Service: Contribute to the department's and school's academic and administrative activities. Participate in faculty committees and serve on review boards. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
