The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching post graduate finance courses, conducting research, and contributing to the overall academic and intellectual life of the department. Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging and effective finance courses at the post graduate level. Prepare and utilize innovative teaching materials, including lectures, case studies, and assignments. Assess student performance and provide timely feedback. Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters. Research: Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of finance. Publish research findings in reputable academic journals. Present research papers at conferences and workshops. Seek and secure external funding for research projects. Service: Contribute to the department's and school's academic and administrative activities. Participate in faculty committees and serve on review boards. Engage in outreach and community service activities. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in finance and related fields. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Finance or a related field from a reputable university. Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed journals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in teaching online courses. Expertise in specific areas of finance, such as corporate finance, investments, financial markets, or quantitative finance. Experience in grant writing and securing external funding.
