Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target new prospects through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Assist clients in understanding their loan requirements and suggest the most suitable products.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on all loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions.
- Provide clients with clear and comprehensive information about the different loan products and help them select the best option based on their financial needs.

Loan Application Processing:
- Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing and approval of loan applications.

Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after loan approval.

Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

Market Research:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business development.

Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial or loan industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
