As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving this transformation, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex IT programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed. Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications Proven working experience in program management in the information technology sector. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project or ADO), and other relevant IT systems and platforms. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Bachelors Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Total 12+ Experience.,
