    Process Improvement Analyst

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process improvement and not just a certification. This role focuses on improving financial processes, especially within our billing department, by streamlining workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and increasing accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead process improvement projects within FP&A, focusing on billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoices.
    • Use Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
    • Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement better solutions.
    • Standardize process documentation and best practices to improve productivity.
    • Work closely with other departments and clients to enhance processes.
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process improvements.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by educating team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Identify root causes of inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions.
    • Support the integration of automation tools and new technologies for financial processes.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in process improvement (not just a certification).
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience working with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and automation.
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and senior leadership.
    • Strong communication skills to present recommendations effectively.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
