A/B test subject lines, content, and CTA strategies for better performance. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with business goals. Research and implement best practices in email marketing and lead generation. Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation (preferably in B2B or B2C). Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Proficiency in email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in running lead generation campaigns in a competitive market.
