Job Description

Title: Senior Engineering Manager (MERN Stack) Total Experience: 10 to 13 years and 13 to 16 years EM Experience: 3 years (Minimum) Technology Stack Exp: Node.JS, Express.JS, JavaScript/Typescript, MySql, MongoDB, React JS. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in software product development with a strong coding background (MERN stack). 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager. 3+ years of experience in managing people/teams involved in software development. Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance distributed systems and microservices. Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and experience with cloud-native technologies. Solid experience owning agile, incremental product development following CI/CD and DevSecOps. Highly proactive to drive transparency and clarity in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, to ensure the team is well-positioned to deliver the best. Proven ability to work with international teams and manage global stakeholders. Adept at working with Product Management on requirements of foreign customers/markets (Nice-to-have: Experience with Japanese software products/market). Strong desire to acquire highly talented people, connect them to a purpose, motivate them, retain them with the right mix of rewards/recognition/challenge and get them to contribute to their fullest potential. Keenness to explore emerging technologies and discerningly apply them to products/development processes. Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus. Ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers. Educational qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.,
