Position Overview: Talent Nexa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager with expertise in the MERN stack to lead technical teams for our client in the blockchain domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and experience managing engineering teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of multiple product portfolios, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 10-20 engineers, driving technical design, development, and system optimization. - Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with product vision, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and senior leadership. - Drive technical design, re-design, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. - Monitor sprints, manage task prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Champion product thinking and provide technical leadership across the team, including design and code reviews. - Build and implement processes to ensure continuous improvement in team performance and product delivery. - Conduct detailed and periodic assessments of team members, define their career paths, and ensure knowledge transfer. Skills & Qualifications: - Total Experience: 10-14 years, with prior experience in Blockchain products preferred. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus. - Extensive hands-on experience with ReactJS and Node.js. - Proficient in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures. - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud. - Good understanding of Docker and containerized application development.
