Hiring for one of our large Client Objective of the role: To lead the HR Business Partner function for Tech Product and R&D for the organisation. Aligning people strategies with the company's tech-driven business goals, drive talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement initiatives, while offering strategic HR guidance and expertise across various tech teams, with a strong understanding of the tech industry landscape and talent requirements. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Work closely with tech leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that attract, retain, and nurture top tech talent. Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and succession planning. Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights that support decision-making. Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the creation and execution of tech talent acquisition strategies, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for key tech positions. Design and implement targeted talent development programs to upskill and reskill the tech workforce, including technical training and leadership development initiatives. Collaborate with the recruiting team to streamline acquisition processes and enhance the candidate experience. Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Foster a high-performance culture within tech teams through effective performance management frameworks, consistent feedback, and recognition programs. Drive employee engagement initiatives, addressing concerns and cultivating a positive work environment. Monitor employee satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead change management efforts in response to organizational restructuring, technology adoption, or cultural shifts within tech teams. Develop and implement strategies to enhance collaboration and cross-functional teamwork across various tech departments. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulations within the tech industry. Proactively identify and address potential HR risks related to talent management and employee relations in the tech sector.
