Job Description

Position Overview: As a Team Lead , you will be responsible for leading a high-performing development team focused on building and maintaining scalable and robust applications. Your expertise in .NET, C#, Java, and Angular, combined with your experience in REST APIs and DevOps toolchains, will drive innovation and efficiency in delivering quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based applications. Oversee the integration of C#, Java, REST APIs, and Angular into the technology stack. Implement and manage DevOps pipelines and toolchains to ensure continuous integration and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code is delivered. Drive performance optimizations and scalability enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, Java, and Angular. DevOps: Proficient in working with modern DevOps toolchains. Experience in managing cloud-based environments and automation. Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. Certification in relevant technologies.,
