The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process modeling, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and claims management. Must-Have Skills: 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry. Expertise in process automation and workflow automation tools (RPA). Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to process automation tools (Python, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe).
