A streamlined design process & construction management ensures a successful execution. About this role We are a growing and dynamic interior design and execution firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Site Execution Supervisor to lead and manage our exciting projects in Mumbai. If you have a passion for interior design, a meticulous eye for detail, and a proven ability to bring designs to life, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed execution plans, coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors, and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to safety regulations. Contractor Management: Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring their work meets our quality standards and project timelines. Negotiate rates and resolve any disputes. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify and address any potential cost overruns. Material Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing any concerns. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any on-site challenges or issues that may arise. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Interior Site Execution Supervisor or similar role, preferably in Mumbai. Strong understanding of interior design and construction processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with local Mumbai building codes and regulations. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.,
