Job Description Outbound Strategy & Playbook Positioning & Messaging Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution This is a techno-functional role. Conduct data and statistical analysis by analyzing global trends to identify opportunities that would generate resources and attract more potential clients. Region Target-US Market. Developing and employing marketing strategies including digital marketing for international marketing plans for our organization; Entering new markets and growing brand awareness in global destinations; Developing and enforcing international merchandising plans and strategies that back up the development of the commodities and services of the establishment Adapting to changes in the market in order to best serve the marketing objectives of an organization and consumer needs; Researching about and developing pricing policies; Recommending appropriate sales channels to make the marketing strategies a hit; Managing subordinates and leading them to achieve the ultimate marketing goals for the organisation ; Ensuring that project milestones are met; Ensuring that the project is adhering to marketing budgets; Collaborating with international and national training departments to identify and implement marketing strategies that are in alignment with the local laws of a country; Managing communication with internal teams as well as international counterparts; Managing the legal approval process and proposing efficient activities for a particular region or area. Control budgets for marketing to include trade shows, advertising, sales training, CRM implementation, and reporting. Formulating sales reports, records, presentations, and documents and presenting them as per the global data collected on the new commodities and goods, various merchandising styles, business relations, contests, and costings Requirement : Great communication and sales skills Email Marketing Campaigns for Lead Generation Proficient in Digital Marketing Management Good business sense with technological proficiency Experience of 5 years in IT product-based and B2B SAAS company Handle ERP and software products. Leadership and customer service skills Experience handling the US market, and North America. Proficient in handling tech team along with client acquisition. PPT, Flowchart, RnD knowledge Education:Degree in computers + MBA (Preferred),
