Role : Junior IT Infra Project Manager (5+ Years) Location : Mumbai (6 days WFO & rotational shifts ) Type : Full time (MNC) JD: Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager L2 to oversee and manage our network and Linux infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any one like Windows / VMWare / network management / Linux systems, and project management principles. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Plan, design, and implement Windows / VMWare / network management / Linux systems projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify project resources and assign responsibilities. Network and Linux Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and Linux systems. Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of network and Linux environments. Monitor system performance and capacity planning. Manage software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers and network hardware. Team Coordination and Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation. Facilitate team meetings and project-related decisions. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for network and Linux-related issues. Ensure timely resolution of issues to meet SLAs. Maintain best practices for managing systems and services across all environments. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and Linux systems management. Proven experience in project management, preferably in an L2 role. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.,
