    Job Title: Head of Sales Location: Navi Mumbai Department: Sales Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Summary: The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through both new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. This individual will play a key role in expanding market share, fostering customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth in the organic peroxide sector. To create and implement strategies for top-line as well as bottom-line growth. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while promoting a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding into new markets and industries that could benefit from organic peroxide applications. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and efficient execution of sales activities. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, R&D, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product development and company goals. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and sales MIS to the executive team on sales progress and growth opportunities. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines specific to organic peroxides. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 6 -10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the chemicals or industrial manufacturing sector. Experience in organic peroxides or related chemicals is a strong plus. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the chemical manufacturing industry, particularly in organic peroxides, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into sales success. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and support the global sales network. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passionate about sustainability and safety in industrial applications.,
