RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS Key project experience for pharma company. Engineering background, accept engineering background in pharma. And know the global brands and contact with key EQ suppliers. Understand technical criticality of OEB 3,4,5 requirements with experiences purchase the OEB 3-5 equipment. Be able to work systematically in the bidding process and knowledge of coordination between internally and external. Coach and Trained junior team member to lift knowledge for PS team. Contract management skill. Experienced in manage Capex life-cycle, from purchase , maintenance, MRO, and EQ retired. Value chain of best design with solution to balance / coordinate best TCO (cost , quality , schedule) for capital investment. Coordinate with capex management team and requester to optimize and manage OPEX and CAPEX (Total cost of Ownership of Lotus). Familiar with EXCEL and cost model analysis price and benchmark.,
