The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic North Indian dishes, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards Prepare, cook, and present a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, biryanis, and snacks. Ensure authentic taste and consistency in food preparation. Maintain proper use of spices and traditional cooking techniques for North Indian cuisine. Operate and manage tandoor, grills, and other kitchen equipment effectively. Oversee kitchen operations, including food storage, portion control, and quality control. Follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines as per FSSAI regulations. Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu. Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.
