Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales (Tele-Sales)

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune

Experience: 2 - 3 years in Telesales (preferably in lending(LOAN) products)

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream

 

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of lending concepts (BL, LTP, LAP)
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and handle low performers
• Track team metrics (e.g., CMS reports, AHT, AUX adherence)
• Drive sales targets and ensure monthly goals are met
• Identify training needs and ensure team development
