Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: [Vashi]

Salary: 15,000 per month

Skills Required:

Minimum HSC qualification
Basic knowledge of insurance (e.g., Workman Compensation, Marine, Fire Policies)
Good communication skills with high confidence and organizational stability
Ability to identify, handle, and resolve customer queries while maintaining quality standards
Understanding of multiple products and processes
Ability to influence customers effectively using prepared scripts
Proficiency in English; regional language skills preferred
