We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Record to Report (RTR), Internal Finance. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai (Vikhroli) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Department and its growth. Key responsibilities: Hand on Experience in General Ledger accounting (RTR), Month end closure, Bank and balance sheet Reconciliations, OPEX analysis and Reporting. Fixed Assets Capitalization and depreciation posting Prepare the accrual analysis and post necessary entries for the month end Identify the future period expenses and process necessary entries for prepaid expenses and amortization Journal Entries Creation and Booking Month End Close Activities Experience in the area of foreign currency valuation and deferred income Must have hands on experience of handling above tasks on SAP ECC or S4 HANA Ability to guide and coach the team on SAP procedures and functionalities Understand the tasks currently being performed and translate them into SAP Lead the call with SAP technical team for UAT, issues and seek resolution Experience working on system transition to SAP would be added advantage Suggest the Process Improvement with respect to SAP procedures Self-Starter with High Energy Level, Ability to work under limited supervision Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles. Monitor the bank clearing accounts and Prepare Bank Reconciliation Intercompany reconciliation Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of cost of sales and expenses (OPEX Analysis) Prepare balance sheets and income statements reporting packs. Efficiently communicate with foreign delegates over the calls and emails Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Key requirements: Sound knowledge of RTR accounting and SAP FI module is must. Should be able to read and understand primary ledger, sub ledgers and accounting entries posted in the GL. Proficient in English language Flexible in working under stringent timelines and shall be able to lead the call with onshore team as required. Microsoft office, specifically Word and Excel 6 to 8 years experience in RTR accounting in BPO or Shared Service Centre on SAP platform The incumbent should be B.Com/M.Com/Inter CA/CA.
